Fifth Wall
Campaign Development
As real estate is responsible for 30% of greenhouse gas emissions and consumes 40% of the world’s energy, Fifth Wall – the largest venture capital firm focused on technology-driven innovation for the built environment – decided to launch a Climate Tech fund to invest in technology that decarbonizes the industry. Our role was to create a launch campaign to stop people in their tracks and make them aware of the real estate industry’s role in the climate crisis to drive significant investment into climate tech innovation.
To break through, we designed a series of murals at major climate conferences that poked fun at billionaires competing in the race to space, a phenomenon that was grabbing media attention and making headlines worldwide. I helped shape the campaign concept, directed the artist selection and mural development.
